*WHAT IS BODY + WATER? Our theme for the 2019 Key West Photography Festival is Body + Water: How, as human beings, we interact with water. How water (or lack thereof) shapes, changes, impacts, and benefits our lives as humans. How water touches every aspect of our lives as beings on this planet. How water can menace, can help us to experience joy and sometimes fear, can rehabilitate and calm. How water is sensual, can envelop us in its coolness (or warmth) and make us feel safe. How water can devastate us, wreak havoc and obliterate. How water can make us feel small. We invite you to interpret this idea via the photographic image and we can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Deadline is Jan 20th at 11:59pm.
